  On-line registrations will be open on April 1, 2012 and will remain open until August 15, 2012. Participants are advised to register before July 31, 2012 to take advantage of the reduced registration fee.

  Methods of Payment
  Full payment in US dollar must be paid by the deadlines. Confirmation letter will be issued upon the clearance of payment.

  1) Credit Card
VISA, Master, JCB cards are accepted. Participants wishing to make card payment can settle the payment via online.

2) Bank Transfer
A direct bank transfer should be made to the account below. A copy of the receipt of the bank remittance should be attached to the conference registration form. Bank charges for remittance should be paid by registrants. Please note that the fee has to be transferred under the registrant¡¯s name and the name must be stated on the receipt.

  Cancellation policy
Any cancellation of registration should be notified in writing to the secretariat by email at
wcop2012@conventionpm.com or by fax at +82-2-2269-4380.
All refunds will be processed after the conference. Please refer to the following deadlines for cancellation.

Cancellation before July 15 = Full refund (Less processing fee (US $50).
Cancellation July 15 - July 31 = 60% refund.
Cancellation August 1 - August 15 = 30% refund.
Cancellation after August 15 = No refund.
 
Invitation Letter
Should you need an invitation letter, contact the secretariat at wcop2012@conventionpm.com. The invitation letter is not a commitment on the part of organizer to provide financial support. If you need to receive a notarized invitation letter for visa, submit your request to the secretariat via e-mail by June 30, 2012. It will be mailed within a week after confirmation of your full payment. It will cost US $50 for notary service fee with postage. The notarized invitation letter will not be issued without registration and full payment.
